8o zof self  raising flour 40zs of caster sugar 2tsps ground ginger iteaspoon of bicarbonate of soda.20zs of butter 4ozs of golden syrup one egg 7fld ozs of blue top milk


so how to do it first of all preheat oven to electric setting 300f or 150 c gas2.

sieve the flour sugar and ginger in a large sauce pan with the bicarbonate of soda
