facinated by cookers as you and I. Is the oven gas or electric? I stayed in a flat in Salisbury once, and it was necessary to “light” the flame in the oven. Being completely unfamiliar with this, I confess it made me very uneasy! Though I suppose in your household it, would cause little concern!
Hi thanks for your message thee cookers all electric I can’t use gas as at skool at a cookery lesson I nearly blew it up as I said to thee teacher thee oven isn’t heating up and she said did you lyght it I said no I thought it was lyke electric so she said I can smell gas and thee skool had to be avacuated and that had to open all thee winders and skool was closed for thee day until it was safe to return
I love it! That’s rather the experience I was dreaded during my week with the gas oven. As the flat was the top-most floor of the museum and just across from the cathedral, I was in mortal fear of exploding history!
Hi well it would of been a bang from history I hate gas cookers not only do Thay smell thee food tastes of gas and at skool I was never allowed near thee gas cookers again and had to use thee electric one untill it blew up and boy thee bang it blew thee electrics as thee elements blew apart as I said to thee male teacher I bet that’s thee biggest bang sir you have had in you’re short teaching career
